Keval is an experienced Company and SMSF registered auditor and has a successful track record in maintaining relations with clients, suppliers and referrals from various sources. Through registration as a Chartered Accountant with a Practicing Certificate, a registered Company Auditor and registered SMSF auditor, Keval can conduct all types of audits and reviews some of which are:

Apart from offering Audit services, Keval, also assists clients with due diligence services on purchasing or selling businesses, reviewing franchise agreements and any other business consulting services around improving business performance.
Keval’s Australian work experience includes; working at Grant Thornton, WHK Horwath as a senior auditor, Office of the Auditor General as Audit manager, Nomad Building Solutions and Griffin Group as a Corporate and Group Accountant and has also worked with a few voluntary organisations as a treasurer and honorary auditor.
History
Keval is no stranger to success as both a business owner and as a competitive player in the corporate world. Keval entered the business world from a very young age where he saw his family business grow from operating from a home garage to a manufacturing plant employing over 200 workers.
With business in his blood, Keval went on and started his successful career as a trainee Chartered Accountant in United Kingdom (UK) in 2001. Through his career, he has audited businesses ranging from SMSF’s to ASX 200 and AIM listed companies and worked in various sizes of audit practices ranging from small accounting firms (1 practitioner) to the 5th largest Accounting Practice in Australia and has also worked in the commercial arena.
As time went on, Keval’s passion for auditing grew and having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in both UK and Australia, Keval started his own practice called Shah Auditing Solutions in 2011. Within his capacity as a public practitioner, he now can utilize his wealth of experience to date and bring these skills to grow and add value to the clients he serves.
